Lovely room, great facilities, afternoon tea and cava on the rooftop at sunset. Perfectly located in the center of the old town, near the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Large suite with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and terrace overlooking the cathedral. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Helpful staff, provided regional orange wine and cava. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Easy access to public transport. Will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of Santa Cruz, surrounded by charming bars and restaurants. It was also conveniently located close to all the main attractions, such as the Cathedral and Alcazar, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

During our stay in this hotel, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right in the heart of the city, close to the main street and right next to the cathedral. We were able to easily explore the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood and enjoy the abundance of restaurants nearby. The staff made our experience even more enjoyable with their warm and friendly attitude. Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, and the bathroom was luxurious with a spa bath that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city.
The pillows, which were uncomfortable and caused some neck pain.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with walking distance to all the major sights and plenty of great places to eat nearby. The staff were also very helpful, providing recommendations for places to eat and arranging transfers. The rooftop area of the hotel was a great spot to relax and soak in the views.
The lack of food and drink options at the hotel was a major letdown.

We had a great stay here. This place is located on a quiet street, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The service room service was very convenient. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and sitting area. The terrace had a beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
We had a new receptionist that lacked empathy, but overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
